Acceptable Use Policy

Content and behavior that are not permitted when using VerbaCut or its caption, rendering, storage, and support features.

Launch configuration incomplete. The legal operator, address, contact, and effective date must be provided through server environment settings and reviewed by qualified counsel before this policy is treated as effective.

1. Rights and consent

Upload or process only content you own or are authorized to use. Obtain required permission for music, copyrighted works, private communications, personal data, voices, faces, and likenesses. Social-link imports are limited to supported public hosts and require an explicit rights confirmation; do not bypass paywalls, DRM, authentication, platform restrictions, or access controls.

2. Safety and exploitation

Do not use VerbaCut to create, process, store, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse material; sexual exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery; credible threats; trafficking; instructions to cause serious harm; or content that unlawfully facilitates self-harm, terrorism, or violent crime.

3. Deception and abuse

Do not impersonate others, commit fraud, misrepresent synthetic or manipulated media, run phishing or malware, evade moderation, harass or stalk people, expose highly sensitive personal information, or use captions to materially mislead viewers about what a person said.

4. Security and service integrity

Do not probe or disrupt systems without written authorization, overload jobs, automate abusive account creation, scrape the service, resell access without permission, introduce malicious files, or attempt to access another user's account, project, media, or export.

5. Enforcement and reporting

VerbaCut may remove content, pause jobs, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and make legally required reports. Enforcement should consider context, severity, recurrence, and legal obligations. Report abuse through Support; use the Copyright page for copyright notices.
