1. User responsibility
VerbaCut is for content you own or have permission to process. The service may not be used to extract or edit third-party platform content in violation of copyright, contract, access controls, or platform terms.
2. Copyright notices
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and where it appears, provide the reporting party's contact details, include good-faith and accuracy statements required by law, and include a physical or electronic signature. Submit the notice through Support using the Copyright category until the configured agent contact below is complete.
3. Designated agent
Agent name: Not yet configured. Agent email: Not yet configured. Agent address: Not yet configured. The hosted service must not claim U.S. safe-harbor registration until the Copyright Office registration is completed and verified.
4. Response and counter-notice
VerbaCut may remove or restrict material, notify the affected user, keep a record, and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A counter-notice must include the statements, contact details, consent to jurisdiction, and signature required by applicable law. Restoration timing depends on the governing procedure and whether the claimant files an action.
5. No misuse
Do not knowingly submit false or misleading notices or counter-notices. Copyright disputes can carry legal consequences; seek legal advice if you are unsure of your rights.
