Cancellation and Refund Policy

How paid plans, cancellation, refunds, and mandatory regional consumer rights apply when checkout is enabled.

Effective: Not yet effectiveOperator: VerbaCut operator (legal name pending)

Launch configuration incomplete. The legal operator, address, contact, and effective date must be provided through server environment settings and reviewed by qualified counsel before this policy is treated as effective.

1. Paid plans

Creator and Studio subscriptions may be purchased when their checkout links are enabled. The checkout page is the source of truth for the displayed price, currency, billing cadence, applicable taxes, included processing usage, renewal date, and cancellation method. Stripe processes payment details; VerbaCut does not receive full card numbers.

2. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops future renewals and states whether service remains available through the paid period. Refund requests are reviewed under the terms shown at checkout and mandatory consumer rights. Deleting an account is not a substitute for cancelling a subscription unless the interface explicitly confirms both actions.

3. Refund handling

Refund requests are reviewed under the terms shown at checkout and mandatory consumer rights, including treatment of consumed processing minutes, duplicate charges, service failures, plan changes, and promotional credits. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where feasible. Contact Support for a billing review.

4. Regional rights

Some regions provide cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights that cannot be waived. The production billing flow must adapt disclosures and consent to the buyer's market before accepting payment there.
