1. AI transcription
OpenAI, L.L.C. — AI transcription API — receives media or extracted audio and related transcription instructions when the user requests AI captions. Processing is governed by OpenAI's then-current business terms, data-processing addendum, API data controls, and subprocessor list.
2. Hosted infrastructure and storage
Cloudflare, Inc. — R2 object storage and related infrastructure — stores uploaded source media, project metadata, and rendered exports in the configured private bucket. The VPS hosting provider and Nginx edge host the application and worker services. FFmpeg, ffprobe, and yt-dlp are software dependencies used by the worker.
3. Email and billing
Resend, Inc. — transactional email — may receive account email addresses and single-use verification or recovery links. Stripe, Inc. — checkout, subscription, invoice, and payment-status services — processes billing details and returns payment status; VerbaCut does not receive full card numbers.
4. Changes and locations
Provider names, processing locations, data-processing terms, and retention practices may change. VerbaCut will update this page when a material provider change is confirmed. Customers may request the current provider terms through Support.
